SHIPPING DAYS: I try to mainly send parcels out on Mondays & Tuesdays. This way, parcels are most likely to arrive prior to the weekend. This also means that your orders aren't sitting in depots over the weekend. This also aids in avoiding lost or damaged parcels.Β 

PROCESSING TIME: Boho Tranquility Creations is a side business. This means I do work full time as well as completing studies. I do my best to ensure a 3 - 7 business days processing time. Custom orders take longer due to being made to order. Wholesale orders also can take several weeks to complete due to the size, being made to order & if any extra supplies need to be purchased in order to fulfil the order.

During STOREWIDE SALES processing times will be delayed due to the amount of orders I receive. Please allow a few extra days for processing.Β 

PLEASE BE MINDFUL that Boho Tranquility Creations is a SMALL business that is run solely by myself. There’s no minions helping me make, pack & send your orders.Β 

TRACKING: All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be added to your order details on the website once available. You should receive an email with the tracking details as well. Please remember to check your junk inbox.

INSURANCE: All orders are sent with insurance to the value of your order purchase.Β 

Once orders are packed, shipping labelled & sent off with AUSPOST, shipping times are out of my hands.
