WHOLESALE
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT: $200 (ex shipping). I am flexible, so if you’re after bulk items but it doesn’t reach the MOQ, that’s okay, just message me to discuss.
WHOLESALE PRICING: Wholesale price is 50% off the RRP (NOT sale price). Example; if the website says the RRP is $50, wholesale cost is $25.
SHIPPING: Shipping is calculated once your order has been made & packaged ready for shipment. (*please disregard any mention of “free shipping” throughout the website - this is for retail customers only). Pick up or Local Drop Off is available for those in the area.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: By placing your order you agree to the Terms & Conditions as outlined below.
ORDERING, PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY:
- Shipping fees are created via AusPost. We do not overcharge to make any form of profit.
- Orders are sent with tracking & full insurance cover by Australia Post.
- For dispatch, allow up to 2 weeks (unless more supplies are needed to be purchased to complete your order).
- For delivery, allow an additional 4-8 business days.
- Ensure you provide us with the correct shipping address when the order is placed. If the goods are unable to be delivered to the address on the shipping label, there will be fees payable by the business for any redirecting. We take no responsibility for any redelivery charges or loss/damage of goods due to being redirected.
- Once an order is placed, cancellations of orders or change of minds are not permitted; no refunds will be issued as we hand make the products to order.
HOW TO ORDER:
Email bohotranquilityco@hotmail.com - after approval of application - with a list of what products you are after including aromas, colours etc. We will then discuss to ensure I have the quantity & supplies needed to complete the order. Once an order is ready to be placed, I will invoice you. Once payment has been made in full, production of your order will begin.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Payment options are Bank Transfer & PayPal: details are sent via email.
PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 14 DAYS UPON RECEIVING EMAILED INVOICE.
Please note, production will NOT begin until the invoice has been paid in full. This includes if any custom/extra supplies are needed to complete your order, they too will NOT be purchased until after the invoice has been paid in full. Please don’t commit to your wholesale order if you cannot pay for it. Please contact me if something arises & you can no longer pay for your invoice by the due date. Failure to pay your invoice by the due date OR contact me regarding payment, will mean your order will be cancelled the day after the due date & I will contact you to let you know.
Another invoice will be sent once SHIPPING cost has been estimated via the courier company. You will then have 48 HOURS to pay that invoice. The wholesale order will not be shipped until shipping invoice is paid.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
AUSTRALIA wide shipping only.
All wholesale orders will be packaged with the utmost care.
STANDARD shipping will be selected unless you request for EXPRESS.
NOTE: Due to the order being WHOLESALE priced, you will be requested to pay the shipping in FULL before the order will be sent.
SALE OF PRODUCT: Boho Tranqility Co products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. All products must be sold under our brand name 'Boho Tranquility Co' in the original packaging.
A QR code card will be in your order package. This is to be given to your customers with their Boho Tranquility Co Reed Diffuser, Car Diffuser, Wax Melt or Candle purchase. This QR code sends the customer to a more in-depth care & information page located on our website: https://www.bohotranquilitycreations.com.au/pages/candle-care
Boho Tranquility Co's Reed Diffuser, Car Diffuser, Wax Melt & Candle products also have a warning label attached to them.
BOHO TRANQUILITY CO PRODUCTS ARE NOT TO BE DELABELLED &/OR UNPACKAGED & REPLACED WITH YOUR OWN LABELLING OR PACKAGING.
DO NOT CLAIM BOHO TRANQUILITY CO PRODUCTS AS YOUR OWN.
LISTING OUR PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE: You are free to list our products on your website how you like, but if you need inspiration, please use our website as reference. The product listing MUST include our brand name Boho Tranquility Co.
RETAIL PRICING: We reserve the right to alter all pricing at any time unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our website. The RRP is a guide for your reference only and we recommend that you set pricing accordingly to fit your target market for maximum return. RRP must not decrease below the set RRP by Boho Tranquility Co, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DAMAGED ITEMS: Exchanges/returns for change of mind are not accepted, so please choose carefully. If products are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them with images of the damage. All Boho Tranquility Co products are handmade, therefore some variation between the same product can occur.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY: All of our product images are subject to copyright and are the property of Boho Tranquility Co. Approved stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Boho Tranquility Co website or social media pages for the purpose of promoting the product/s, however, we kindly ask for you to tag us in any images that have been used on your socials.
LIABILITY: Boho Tranquility Co cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
EXCLUSIVITY: Please note, as a Boho Tranquility Co stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area.
STOCKIST CANCELLATION: We have the right to refuse or cancel a wholesale account due to changes in circumstance, or if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at any time if our brand is being represented in the wrong way.
*IMPORTANT - PLEASE KEEP CANDLES & WAX MELTS STORED AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT. The heat can/will cause the wax to discolour and/or melt/sweat.
